A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:

NOTE: Your return may not update on our site until after the return has processed in the Returns Center. For the most up to date information, before your return has reached the Return Center, you may use the tracking number provided to you. Please keep your receipt from USPS, as this contains the tracking number. Once the tracking shows the return has been delivered to our Returns Center, please allow 7 days for processing and 3-5 business days to receive the refund.

Damages and issues/ Exception-nonrefundable items

 Be sure to inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like items on sale. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

 
Exchanges

 To ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 
Refunds

 Once we’ve received and inspected your return, you will be notified if a refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
